La Fanciulla del West
The Arizona Opera is proud to present our inaugural summer Opera and Gelato Film Festival. This month’s the featured film is La fanciulla del West, written by Italian composer Giacomo Puccini. This opera was filmed in Milan’s famed Teatro alla Scala.
Pre-show activities begin at 1:00 p.m.
Screening begins at 2:00 p.m.
*Parking is available in the Arizona Opera Parking Lot and next door at the Flinn Foundation.
Spahgetti Westerns
The Arizona Opera Atrium will be transformed into a red sauce paradise! Enter our Red Pasta Sauce Competition for special performance rewards. Contestants will receive two free tickets to Hercules vs Vampires just for entering! The best sauce will win two free tickets to Tosca!
Refreshments of gelato and wine will be available for purchase.
