One of Arizona's most famous ghosts, Julia Lowell is purported to haunt the Copper Queen Hotel in Bisbee, where she worked as an escort over a century ago. Julia's tragic tale is the subject of The Copper Queen, an operatic work under development presented by Arizona Opera in workshop format.
