Audiences are invited to bring a sack lunch and enjoy a second performance of Say Hello to Opera on Fridays prior to Arizona Opera's mainstage performances. OGSA provides free cookies, coffee and tea. These events are free and do not require prior registration.
Special tickets are available for the final dress rehearsal of every mainstage opera. These nights are reserved specifically for students to get swept away by great music and stories- while enhancing classroom learning with pre and post-show presentations.
Arizona Opera is honored to host the legendary Sherrill Milnes for a public masterclass at the Opera Center Black Box Theater. Sherrill Milnes, one of the greatest interpreters of the operatic repertoire and a definitive interpreter of Scarpia in Puccini's Tosca, will present a working session with the Marion Roose Pullin Studio Artists. This great behind the scenes look at the art of singing is the perfect way to explore the art of singing and learn from one of its great masters.
