Brown Bag Opera
During the opera season, we host free, 30-minute lunchtime recitals each month at the Arizona Opera Center featuring the Marion Roose Pullin Arizona Opera Studio Artists. We invite you to step away from your desk and listen to world-class singing. You are welcome to bring your lunch, or try something new from one of our food truck or restaurant partners.

Coffee @ Kerr
ASU’s Kerr Cultural Center is a beautiful venue for live music and learning. The Coffee @ Kerr series combines both of these elements, with preview of each Arizona Opera production. Each preview is designed to enhance your understanding of the music, themes, and history behind an upcoming performance, and is capped off by a musical selection sung by a main stage singer.
10:30 - 11:30 a.m. at the Kerr Cultural Center
Registration is required through the Kerr Cultural Center for these free events. Click the individual session listings above for more information.

Frank Lloyd Wright in Arizona Photo Exhibit Launch
In performing an opera about famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright, Arizona Opera has formed a wonderful partnership with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation (FLWF) based in his Arizona home, Taliesin West. As part of this partnership, the curators at Taliesin West will install an exhibit in the Arizona Opera Center detailing Wright’s most significant work in Arizona.
To celebrate the opening of the exhibit, we invite you to a free First Friday event featuring FLWF President and CEO, Stuart Graff, who will talk about Wright’s life and lasting impact in Arizona. Be sure to arrive early for light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.
